Shortages

In the unlikely event that an item has been missed off your order you must notify us via email to sales@deskwrite.com as soon as possible with the order number, best way to contact you and details of any products short on your delivery. One of our team will be in contact with you to solve the situation as soon as we receive your email. Shortages cannot be accepted after 3 days of delivery.

Returns

Should you wish to return an eligible item as not required you may do so at your cost. Please email sales@deskwrite.com with all the details and we can contact you to discuss best solution.

You can return and eligible item within 7 days of receipt if not required.

All Items must be un opened and in their original packaging

Faulty or damaged items - let us know all the details and we will be in contact to sort this out for you.
